The electric two-wheel tractor for intensive growers

The Cyber Clydesdale X2 does the same jobs a petrol walking tractor does — bed prep, flail mowing, cultivation — with no engine to service, no fuel to carry and no fumes down the bed.

Two 3 kWh battery packs swap tool-free in about a minute, like a cordless drill battery. Two hours minimum at full load, around three on average, and a spare pack keeps you going all day.

No planned maintenance for five years

There is nothing on this machine to service. No engine means no engine oil, no oil filter, no fuel filter, no air filter, no coolant and no belts. There are no hydraulics anywhere either, so no hydraulic oil and no hydraulic filters. It runs on bearings rather than bushes. The one scheduled job is a gearbox oil change at 8,000 hours — more than four years of full-time commercial use, and more hours than most growers will put on one in a decade. Put that against a petrol walking tractor, where a service every year is a cost you never stop paying.

What that doesn't cover: tyres, remote-control batteries, the gradual capacity fade every battery gets as it ages, that gearbox oil change, and anything damaged or misused. This describes what the machine needs, not what is covered if something goes wrong — and nothing here affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The grower's package

X2 with a flail mower and a power harrow — $22,950 inc GST. Less than the comparable BCS package, and there is no engine in it.

How you actually get one

This is not a machine we hold on a shelf and post out. Every one is built to order in Queensland. You talk to us first, we confirm the specification and a firm quote, and then we confirm a build slot and a realistic delivery date before you commit to anything. Freight is quoted with the machine, because what it costs depends on where you are.
