Burners, tools and accessories go out every Monday and Thursday. Your order ships on the next dispatch day after it comes through, and you get a tracking email the moment it's scanned. If something is holding an order up, we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

The electric machines are different — every one is built to order, so there's no dispatch day. We confirm a build slot and a realistic delivery date with you before you commit to anything.

On burners, tools and accessories, yes — Australia-wide on every order over $100, which every burner qualifies for automatically. Orders under $100 (a spare lighter or hose on its own) are a flat $10.

Machines and implements are the exception. They're built to order and they go on a pallet, so freight is quoted with the machine — what it costs depends on where you are.

You ring us first. The HandE-T, the HandE-C and the Cyber Clydesdale X2 are all built to order in Queensland — we're not holding them on a shelf. Cathy takes the details, we confirm the specification, a firm quote including freight, and a build slot, and only then do you commit. Prices are on the electric machines page so you know roughly where you stand before you call.

Your order confirmation email is your tax invoice. It carries our ABN, the GST amount and "paid in full", so keep it for your records. If you need a copy of an older one, ring Cathy.

Depends on the weed. A burner kills what a plant keeps above ground and does nothing to what it stores below, so annual broadleaf weeds like capeweed and fireweed die outright, while anything with a woody crown, running rhizome, bulb or tuber comes back. No, freight rules don't allow it. Every burner connects to the standard 9kg LPG swap bottle from the servo with the POL adaptor that comes in the box. If you'd rather wheel the bottle than carry it, we make a stainless gas bottle trolley with 470mm all-terrain wheels.

On the burners, the 30-Day Weed-Free Guarantee is about results: use it on your property, and if it doesn't clear your weeds we'll help you troubleshoot first and refund you in full if it still doesn't perform (you cover return shipping). The 5-year warranty is about defects in the chassis and valve hardware.

The electric machines are covered differently: a two-year warranty, alongside a separate claim that there is no planned maintenance for five years — that one is about what the machine needs, not what's covered. Details are on the electric machines page.
