At Curlys Ag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind if the following conditions are met.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

  • 10% restocking fee may apply to cover processing and packaging costs.

  • 2. Damaged or Faulty Items

     

    Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

    If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at Info@curlysag.com.au with photos of the issue.

    We will cover the return shipping costs for items that are verified as faulty or damaged in transit.

  • 3. Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

    Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
